Most clients train with us either two or three times per week on regularly scheduled days and times.
Our hours depend on our schedules. We are available to take appointments Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to noon.
Training sessions are typically 45 minutes in duration. This gives the trainer time to thoroughly address each component of your specific program.

Rates vary. Clients who choose longer term programs receive lower rates than those who choose shorter term programs.
